Kiwi Tart Recipe

kiwi tartCrust

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup dates

Place macadamia nuts and salt in food processor until ground add dates one by one do not over processed. Press into tart shell that is oiled with coconut oil. Put in fridge to harden while you make the filling.

Filling

  • 1 ½ cup cashews soaked for 1 to 2 hours
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut desiccated
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp lecithin
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • pinch of salt

Blend to a smooth consistency and pour onto crust.

Chill overnight in fridge.

Decorate with thin Kiwi slices.
